These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arro app and website. By creating an account or using Arro, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arro. By using Arro you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Identity and age verification

To help maintain the safety and integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to request secondary proof of identity or age verification at our discretion. This may occur if we reasonably believe an account is suspicious, if there are concerns regarding the authenticity of the information provided, or if we have reason to believe the user may be under the minimum required age to use our services.

If requested, you must provide valid government-issued identification or other acceptable documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in temporary suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your account.

Any identification or verification documents provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You may not impersonate others or create an account using false information.

Community guidelines

When using Arro, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
• Use Arro for commercial solicitation, spam, or fraud.
• Attempt to bypass verification, safety, or moderation features.
• Collect or misuse other members' information.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Safety & meeting others

Arro helps you meet other travellers, but we do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's conduct. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, and use the block and report tools if you feel unsafe.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Arro a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share.

Premium & payments

Arro offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are subject to the applicable store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

Termination

You may stop using Arro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

Disclaimers & liability

Arro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
